Wincanton Wholefoods has been run by me, Steve Stapleton for over 8 years. Having started with just a basic range of dried fruit, nuts and cereals, over the years I've increased the range and diversified into different area according to customer needs. I now stock a wide range of nutritional supplements - including my own, premium branded products - covering a multitude of needs, organic produce, special diet items (such as wheat and gluten free & dairy free), Ecover cleaning products - including a refill station and bodycare products that don't contain harmful chemicals.
This increase has been customer and knowledege led - we only sell products we have researched and can discuss with our customers to enable them to make an informed, balanced purchase that is correct for them.
Whilst most of what I sell doesn't lend itself to online shopping (who wants to buy a bag of muesli only to discover it costs more to post than it does to buy?), the postage for herbs and spices isn't so prohibitive, so now you can access our herbs and spices shop & choose from a selection of over 70 - just click on the "Buy Herbs and Spices" tab to the left. Making A Purchase. Making a purchase couldn’t be easier; just browse our shop and click on any items that you wish to buy, then add them to your Shopping Basket. After you have finished your selection, click on "View Cart & Checkout" and you will be transferred to PayPal to complete your payment. Any carriage charges shown are for the UK only, should you wish us to send items further afield, there is a drop-down box on the order page showing carriage charges for Europe & further afield. However, any taxes or import duties levied by your country will have to be paid by you to the carrier at time of delivery.
We try to send your order out the day we receive it and it should normally be delivered within 5 working days by royal mail, however please allow longer during busy periods. Credit Card Security & Privacy. ORDER WITH CONFIDENCE.
We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All Credit Card details are taken through a secure encrypted connection and dealt with through a secure, authorised, third party clearance system. We do not – at any time – hold your card details. We never disclose our customers’ details to any other parties (unless, for some reason, we are legally obliged to do so), so you won’t be pestered by marketing e-mails or pop-ups because you’ve been to this site.
